Ancillary Fatty acid transport

L-Carnitine Injection

1,500 ฿ · 10ml vial

What it is

L-carnitine is an amino acid derivative biosynthesized by the body from lysine and methionine. It plays an essential role in transporting long-chain fatty acids across the inner mitochondrial membrane, where they undergo beta-oxidation (energy production from fat).

The injectable form bypasses the poor oral bioavailability of carnitine supplements (oral absorption is typically 15–20%).
