What it is
The oral form uses methenolone acetate (a different ester than the injectable Primobolan, which uses enanthate). The acetate ester — not C-17 alkylation — is what makes oral delivery possible.
This makes Primobolan oral one of the few oral AAS without C-17aa hepatotoxic structure, though bioavailability is correspondingly lower than C-17aa orals.
