What it is
Testosterone with a propionate ester attached. The shorter ester produces a shorter half-life (approximately 24–48 hours) compared with testosterone enanthate or cypionate (week-plus). The molecule itself is testosterone — only the release kinetics differ.
The shorter half-life is sometimes preferred in research/competitive contexts where rapid clearance is relevant.
