What it is
Trenbolone is a synthetic 19-nor androgen, originally developed for veterinary use as a cattle growth promoter (implanted as Finaplix or similar before slaughter to increase muscle mass and feed efficiency).
It binds the androgen receptor with very high affinity and does not aromatize to estradiol. The acetate ester is short-acting (half-life under 2 days). Its potency and side-effect profile make it one of the most discussed compounds in the AAS space.
