What it is
4-chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, commonly called oral Turinabol or simply ‘Tbol’. Developed by Jenapharm in East Germany in 1965 and now widely associated with the East German state-sponsored doping program (“State Plan 14.25”).
C-17 alpha-alkylated oral. Does not aromatize. Modern interest reflects its unusually long detection window in anti-doping tests — metabolites have been detected over a year after administration.
