What it is
Stanozolol is a synthetic DHT-derived anabolic steroid, originally developed by Sterling Drug in 1962 under the brand name Winstrol. The injectable form is an aqueous suspension of the parent compound — pharmacologically the same molecule as the oral tablet form, just delivered without C-17 alkylation since the suspension bypasses first-pass hepatic metabolism.
Stanozolol does not aromatize to estradiol.
