What it is
The same pentadecapeptide as the injectable form, formulated as oral capsules. BPC-157 was originally identified in gastric juice, which is part of the rationale offered for an oral preparation: the molecule may exert local effects in the GI tract before significant degradation.
How it differs from the injectable form
Bioavailability profiles differ. Oral BPC-157 is most often discussed in the context of gut-related research applications, whereas injectable forms are more often discussed for localized soft-tissue research. The two forms are not interchangeable in dosing terms.
